All of our items will be shipped via Royal Mail first class post.

As all items are handmade to order, some items may have a specified production time which can be found on the individual product details.


We hope you will be very happy with your order, however, if you do wish to return an item, please use the following steps:

  • Return items in original packaging to the address on the delivery note included with your order within 14 days
  • Please include your name and address in the returned item
  • We do not refund postage for items, and you will need to pay the postage costs for any items returned to us.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns of earrings which have been removed from the original packaging.

Faulty goods and exchanges

We hope our items reach you in perfect condition. However, if you do feel that an item is faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us using the contact form on the website. Please detail the nature of the fault or damage and if possible, include a picture of the items.

If a replacement item is required, we will not issue any items for exchange until the original item has been received and inspected.

We aim to provide exchange items as close to the original product as possible, however, due to the handmade nature of the goods, there may be slight variations in design and colour as no two items produced are identical.

To return a faulty or damaged item, you will initially need to pay for the postage costs of the return. Following inspection of the item, if it is found to be faulty then a refund will be issued for reasonable postage costs.

Personal Information

It may be necessary for Rockpool Jewellery to hold some personal information to allow us to process any orders made. You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold for you at any time and also have the right to request that we delete any information we hold for you.

Any information held will not be provided to any other third parties. Rockpool Jewellery is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by you when making a purchase.
