We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however, if you do wish to return an items, please read the details below:
Any items returned must be returned in their original packaging to the address on the delivery note included in your order within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your name and order number on the return
We do not refund postage for returned items and you will need to pay for any postage costs associated with your return
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless damaged or faulty (please see next section on faulty and damaged items)
Faulty or Damaged Goods and Exchanges
We hope our items reach you in perfect condition. However, if you do feel that and item is faulty or has been damaged in any way, please contact us using the contact us for on the website, or by emailing email@example.com. Please detail the nature of the fault or damage and include pictures of the items.
If a replacement item is required, we will not issue and items for exchange until the original item has been returned and inspected.
We aim to provide exchange items as close as possible to those originally purchased. However, due to the handmade nature of our jewellery there may be some slight variations in design and colour.
When returning a faulty or damaged item, you will initially need to pay for the postage costs of the return. Following receipt and inspection of the returned item, if is found to be faulty/damaged, a refund will then be issued for reasonable postage costs based on standard costs for postage at the post office.
