Custom orders

If you would like one of our designs made in a specific size, gemstone or precious metal, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We only take on a small number of bespoke orders per year and each custom order will have individual lead times.

For items that are made using the lost wax casting process, our production times are impacted by lead times at the casting companies we use which can be subject to change. 

Where items need to be hallmarked - please see the hallmarking page for more information on requirements - there is a minimum 7 day turnaround time for standard hallmarking. Quicker hallmarking can be included in the price of your custom piece if requested.
