I want to order a bangle, what size do I need?

Hold your hand as if you are going to put on a bangle - hold your fingers together with your thumb and little finger touching. Measure around your hand at the widest point with a tape measure. When you are ordering a bangle, include this measurement with your order so we can make your bangle the perfect fit!

How do find out my ring size?

The ring sizes are UK standard ring sizes.  UK ring sizes use letters to denote the size. There are many apps you can use to find your ring size, or you can measure the inside diameter of a ring you have and refer to a ring sizing chart. Rockpool jewellery does have ring sizers available to order, this is a plastic band that you place over your finger and then note the letter on the band where the marker reaches - this will be your ring size.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Any items that meet the minimum requirements for hallmarking are hallmarked via the Birmingham Assay Office. All sterling and fine silver items which weigh more than 7.78g are required to be hallmarked. Some of our items are below this weight and are not hallmarked as standard, however, you can request hallmarking for a small additional cost. Please let us know when ordering. You can view a copy of the hallmarking notice at the following link:

What are metal clay workshops?

Much of our jewellery is made using the magical medium of metal clay. This produces fine silver items. Metal clay is a fantastic way of making your own jewellery at home and our workshops can give you a taste of jewellery making. We offer individual workshops on our website and we also run workshops at the following local venues:

  • Earsdon and Wellfield Community Centre, Church Way, Earsdon, NE25 9JY

  • Craft House, 114 Park View, Whitley Bay, NE26 3QL
